Our Sponsored Riders
My name’s Erin Callahan and I’m an event and showjumping rider based on the Surf coast region in south-west Victoria. I have a passion for starting young horses in their competition careers, and bringing them up through the levels. Over the years I’ve produced multiple horses to success at FEI level, both Off the track thoroughbreds and purpose-bred sport horses. I’m particularly excited about my current team of young competition horses which consists of –
Danson Lincoln – a 7 year old WB gelding
Vienesse – a 5 year old WB/TB gelding
Superhit VEH – a 6 year old WB/TB gelding and
Universal Toi Town – a 5 year old WB/ASH mare
My name is Tamara Campain and I am a young eventing rider based on the Mornington Peninsula in Victoria.
I currently have a large team of beautiful horses that I am very lucky to ride full time along with teaching my wonderful students. My horses range from the more experienced who compete at 1* level all the way through to a 3 year old who will make his competition debut this year. I pride myself on bringing along happy young horses from the start of their careers all the way to FEI level.
My goals for the future are to continue to produce successful event horses through the levels, help my students achieve their equestrian dreams and represent my country at the highest level possible. An Olympic gold medal hanging around my neck would be the icing on the cake
I am 24 years of age and I am a Dressage rider located in Kilmore Victoria.
I have always shared the love of riding and training horses since I can remember. I have originated from Show Horse roots where I made regular appearances at Ag and Royal shows then turning towards the performance world of equestrian; ventured into Eventing, Showjumpjng and Dressage. I loved the challenge and loved watching the professional riders make the task at hand look so effortless. This has lead to where I am now today, pursuing the dream of becoming one of Australia’s top Dressage riders.
I have a fantastic team of horses with more on the way, a great network of owners and sponsors, a hard working group of students and a loving partner to share all of this with. I strive everyday to further develop each horse I ride and guide each rider I instruct in the right direction to achieve their goals. I realise that to advance in the Dressage world it is a long, slow process but a rewarding process. All horses are unique with different needs, hence then, why I train by own of mantra of “always riding to your horses needs, not to your own desires!” This is my definition of harmony.
From the age of 10 years old when Del was riding around the farm bareback on the old stock horse. She knew she had a dream to compete at International level and represent her country.
After winning the PCAV State Championships in 1977 Del was bitten by the eventing bug and from then on set about achieving her dream. With the talent and ability to train all her own mounts it was noted that Del could “train a clothes horse and still win” by the local papers.
